This workshop develops practical skills in structured managerial decision-making. Participants learn how to define decision problems, generate alternative solutions, and evaluate options using clear criteria and scoring techniques. The workshop focuses on increasing the accuracy, objectivity, and effectiveness of managerial decisions.
Dr. Olaf Flack is a university professor of management sciences at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, and an electronics engineer. His scientific interests are in the field of robotics and management. For the past 15 years he has been involved in searching for ways to construct a robot manager. He is the creator of online managerial tools on the TransistorsHead.com platform, aimed at monitoring managers' performance and determining their behavioural patterns, then automating tasks and replacing human managers with robot managers.
