This workshop introduces students to practical methods of setting goals and planning projects. Participants learn how to define measurable goals, translate them into concrete actions, and design realistic plans that can be implemented in real projects. The workshop focuses on linking goals, tasks, and time schedules in a structured way.
Dr. Olaf Flack is a university professor of management sciences at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, and an electronics engineer. His scientific interests are in the field of robotics and management. For the past 15 years he has been involved in searching for ways to construct a robot manager. He is the creator of online managerial tools on the TransistorsHead.com platform, aimed at monitoring managers' performance and determining their behavioural patterns, then automating tasks and replacing human managers with robot managers.
