This workshop introduces students to the principles of teamwork and team management. Participants learn how groups transform into effective teams and how cooperation, communication, and clearly defined roles influence team performance. The workshop focuses on understanding team roles, the team life cycle, and the conditions that create synergy in collaborative work.
Dr. Olaf Flack is a university professor of management sciences at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, and an electronics engineer. His scientific interests are in the field of robotics and management. For the past 15 years he has been involved in searching for ways to construct a robot manager. He is the creator of online managerial tools on the TransistorsHead.com platform, aimed at monitoring managers' performance and determining their behavioural patterns, then automating tasks and replacing human managers with robot managers.
