Grazina Ciuladiene is a professor at the Institute of Communication. She has been lecturing at Mykolas Romeris University since 2010 year. She teaches study courses such as "Conflict Management", "Business Communication and Negotiation", "Intercultural Communication", Cross-Cultural Mediation", "Child and Family's Counselling and Mediation". The main area of expertise is conflict management. Most of the publications are in area of conflict resolution addressing the features of conflict communication, its reasons, situational variables and skills of its participants including situation analysis, critical thinking, empathy. Grazina shares her research data and develops her skills by active participation at international scientific conferences and internships. Grazina Ciuladiene is the member of Asian Centre, director of master's degree study programme "Communication and Creative Technologies", leader of the international project "Asian Community: Culture and New Media".
