This workshop introduces students to the concept of Artificial Management and explores the possibilities and limits of replacing human managers with AI-driven systems. Participants learn how managerial work can be analysed, represented, and partially automated using digital tools and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Olaf Flack is a university professor of management sciences at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, and an electronics engineer. His scientific interests are in the field of robotics and management. For the past 15 years he has been involved in searching for ways to construct a robot manager. He is the creator of online managerial tools on the TransistorsHead.com platform, aimed at monitoring managers' performance and determining their behavioural patterns, then automating tasks and replacing human managers with robot managers.
